How To Fix 1392-2 Error Code in Office 365

Step 1: Disable Firewall

For Microsoft Windows 7 and later

1) Press “Windows Key + R” and Type “Firewall.cpl” and Press Enter.

2) Microsoft Windows Firewall Window will Open.
3) Tap On “Turn Windows Firewall on or off”

Note: You will need Admin privilege to enable or disable firewall.

4) Press Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended) under each network location and then Click “OK”

Warning: You can activate Windows Firewall after Office 365 repair is complete.

Step 2: Reset Internet Explorer Security settings

1. Now, tap on Start button.

2. Type the command “inetcpl.cpl” and click OK button.
3. Click on the “Security” tab.

4. Click “Reset all zones to default level” button at the bottom of the window.
5. Click OK button.

Step 3: Check System Integrity

1) Press Win + R

2) Type “Cleanmgr” and Press Enter.

3) Select the OS Drive and Press OK.
4) Click on “Clean up System Files”

Step 4: Try the installation again
